Using AgentMOM
You may use AgentMOM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and any other service you connect. You must not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful material; evade platform safeguards; distribute malware or spam; or interfere with the service.
Connected accounts and content
Your organization is responsible for every social account it connects, for ensuring its users are authorized to act on those accounts, and for all content published or messages sent through AgentMOM. You remain responsible for reviewing permissions and keeping account access secure.
AI-generated material
AI-generated captions, images, and reply drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. They require human review and approval before publishing or sending unless your organization has explicitly enabled an auto-send feature. If auto-send is enabled, your organization accepts responsibility for the resulting messages and content.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of AgentMOM and may change these terms from time to time. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept those terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including availability of third-party social platforms and AI providers.
Termination
You may stop using AgentMOM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated, when continued access creates risk to users or the service, or when required by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
AgentMOM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or actions taken by connected platforms. Our total liability will not exceed the amount your organization paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
